Kept vehicle overnight unexpectedly. Offered no option of loaner vehicle. Also, no shuttle back available next day, even though I had confirmed with them the day before I would need one back. Did not get vehicle back for 29 hours, even though the repairs were VERY simple and routine. Making an appt doesn’t matter because they appeared to have no idea I was coming in and no clue what work I needed to have done. Also, I had to bring my vehicle back due to repairs done incorrectly and my tire pressure reading wrong on the wrong tires. Horrible experience. Poor communication regarding return of car.
