I was able to get an appointment when I needed to. My Service Rep was very friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the service. When they had completed the servicing of my car, the Cashier was very friendly and helpful. From start to finish, it was a very positive experience.
I recently came in for an oil change and it was a great experience. Brock helped me right away and was very friendly throughout the process. He came and found me in the parking lot where I was looking at new vehicles. He could have just let me walk around and eventually come back, instead he came and got me so I could get out earlier. I really enjoyed this visit to Merit. Thank you!
all service work was done great. I have a problem with the right front wheel sensor and they trouble shoot the problem . tried to re program the computer for $310 and I still have the problem and the car is still under warranty. HELP
The repair diagnostic did not go well to detect the issue; However, I received great associated service including the two courtesy vehicles provided that were very appreciated at a difficult time for me. I certainly appreciate all that Merit has done for me, and that is a significant reason I also just bought the new Malibu here. Thank you!
