The service manager who work with me- Brock I believe it was - was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Helped me understand a product recall. and did some service work for the price quoted over the phone.
I am new to the area and will definitely be back in the future.

John Bahn (sp?) is a GREAT employee in your service department-- he always makes me feel like I am a valued customer and takes time to explain everything that is being done to my vehicle, etc.!! I am VERY satisfied and will keep coming back because of that. Thank you again.
After making an appointment three days in advance I waited two hours for an oil change to be completed. Not acceptable! I expected someone to inform me why my check engine light was on but that didn't happen either.
This was my first time to this dealer for service and it was great from the start to finish. I bought my new Traverse at another dealer but Merit is much closer to me. Please thank the staff for treating me with professionalism and excellent service.Merit will be my go to dealer now on. Jim B.
