The "detailing" that was done was very unsatisfactory. There is still sticker glue on the windows and in the glove box. There are dirty finger prints on the ceiling and the running boards. For being a brand new car, I am very unhappy.

Dropped off car at 9am for 9:30 appt (oil change and tire rotation). On way to dealership check engine light came on so mentioned it. Said they would look at it and get back to us. At 2pm on that Friday called and was told no one had time to look at it yet. Called back at 6pm and realized dealership closed for the weekend. Called 10:30 on Monday and was told someone was looking at it. Called an hour later with diagnosis and car was ready at 2pm on Monday. I realized everyone is short staffed but was very disappointed that we didn’t hear from the dealership that they needed to keep our vehicle all weekend. On Monday we had to cancel our own appts as we weren’t expecting to be down a vehicle. Communication is key and keeping one updated. We’ve been customers of Merit since we moved to the area almost 20 years ago. Felt this was not the service we’ve had in the past.
